Our wines are a clear expression of their provenance—be it a bigger vineyard or a small individual plot. Even if an entire slope like our Mullay-Hofberg has a specific note, it makes a difference whether the vines grow on a tiny little terrace, beneath a rock face or on a comparatively open segment of the same slope. We treasure and preserve what nature has provided and select the suitable style of wine accordingly—which explains why we are able to produce such diverse and unique wines (almost exclusively) with a single grape variety from a seemingly small area.
Since 2013, we have cultivated all our sites following the principles of biodynamic winemaking to guarantee the highest level of authenticity and environmental balance. This approach enables us to preserve this precious land for the next generations without harming it unnecessarily.
