„The 2025 Reiler Mullay-Hofberg Riesling Auslese has an intense lemon-yellow color and opens with a highly attractive nose of perfectly ripe yellow fruit intermingled with slate and herbal aromas and notes of lemon and grapefruit zest. Lush and textured, this is a generous yet refined, saline, herbal and, in some aspects, earthy Auslese that is also light yet with more texture and sensuality than the 2024. „The 2025er Reiler Mullay-Hofberg Riesling Auslese was made from fully botrytized fruit picked at 96° Oechsle on 70-plus-year-old vines in the prime south-facing sector in the heart of the vineyard and was fermented and aged in Fuder down to fully sweet levels of residual sugar (97 g/l). It offers a beautiful nose made of coconut, pineapple, melon, almond cream, citrus elements, and dried fruits. The wine develops the creaminess of an Auslese GK on the palate, but the flavor profile remains incredibly engaging, vivid, and fresh as one is left with layers of citrusy fruits wrapped in coconut and fine honeyed spices.
